Selling My Stove

Modern and vintage hand fired coal stove are similar to a wood stove and in some cases can burn either. They need to be regulated and fed by hand usually every 12 to 24 hours depending on your usage. They require no power to operate making them ideal for rural settings with long power outages.

I have an older Vigilant with the coal kit...Need to switch to a stoker or...pellets...

Wife cant keep up with the hand firing of the vigilant while im away at work and the baby's room is down in the basement where the stove is.

If I can get a stoker model or (pellets  ) I can stock it up and its only a push of a button  for her to run it.

How much should I list my stove for? If anyone on this board wants it ill help you load it and if youre close enough unload as well. Im in Sandown NH

I sold the same the stove in blue for $600 two summers ago. I probably could have gotten more but oil was also pushing upwards at the time.
