I have a two page parts list. No diagrams but the descriptions are pretty much self-explanatory.
It's titled "30-95 and 254 price list". PM me with a mailing address and I'll send you a photocopy, or I'm sure if you ask again for it Hitzer will send one (they sent it to me, no problem, but I guess I talked to somebody who listened).
As for the parts you are interested in (prices are last year):
aid Air intake door and chain $8.75
aih Air intake door hinge $1.00
mc Air intake door magnetic catch $5.85 (my stove works fine without that)
tc Thermostat complete $52.95
tk Thermostat knob and spring $4.65
tms Thermostat metal spring $6.35
