That is most likely a high-lift. The easiest way to spot them is the height between the frame and the bed and the larger volume box. A standard dump will sit right on the frame rails or just off of them just above the wheels. A high lift has a base, many dealers will even augment this by adding planks of wood between the lift base and the frame for added height. You can never have too much height with a coal truck.
