A friend up in Maine dug up a porcelain sign from an old dump that is in very nice condition. It is a Reading Anthracite sign.
What is memorabilia like this worth? She turned down $200 and thinks it is worth $450 in excellent condition. Feels it is in good condition.

American Pickers pay at least $350.00 for signs of that size and condition

I can arrange for you to get it for $350 if you want it. She is not listing it on ebay or craigslist. Let me know....

As with anything the old rule always holds true that an item is worth the highest price the sellers can get & that's determined by what a buyer is willing to shell out. I was always in the auction & estate sale businesses & was always amazed at both the price some would pay & on the flip side the deal that some got, it's being at the right place & at the right time. :D
