The Huber Breaker Society may lose this hard fought battle....

In 2000, Roman agreed to bequeath the breaker to the Huber Breaker Preservation Society for an anthracite museum and park. The deal was conditional on Roman receiving an adjacent property owned by the Luzerne County Industrial Authority, so he could have a convenient place to move his operations, Santora said.

The deal never went through because Roman didn't get the county-owned land. In addition, Ashley Borough didn't have the money to pay for liability insurance on the property, Clarke said.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, "Wow, what a ride!!!"

Sad. Just a guess but he probably never got the other property because no one was going to get their palms greased.

Seems they were willing to take it from him though:
Luzerne County commissioners tried to take the property by eminent domain in January 2007, but had to drop it in January 2009 because they didn't have the money.
