Mugs…what we need is some “Official” Freddy’s coffee house coalpail mugs.waytomany?s wrote: ↑Sat. Jun. 03, 2023 7:12 amI like that, you should get some mugs printed up. Pass that coffee. I need to wake up and start pounding some Motrin, gonna be a long couple weeks. I think I dislocated a rib yesterday. Could only sleep on my bad shoulder last night. Yay summer.
Be a great way for members to support the Mayor and help support the site since he foots the bill all the time. I’m sure not many, if any, members have ever given him any money to help run this place. I know I haven’t, but I wouldn’t mind to help…and besides…I get something else in return besides the privilege of being here and it would be a good conversation starter and perhaps even a way for us to help him advertise the site.
Of course the mugs would have to say “Freddy’s Coffee House” and something like “the coffee is filtered through Freetown Fred’s socks”, or something like that…a tribute to both of our old buddies Fred and Freddy. Of course, it can be worded differently (perhaps something funny but tasteful) … whatever you guys come up with.
Perhaps the price could be a little higher so some of the proceeds could go to help support the museum at the NO9 mine. People could give additional money to the mayor or NO9 mine as well as cover the cost of the mugs. Buyers pay shipping.
What do you think?
Anyone else have any ideas? We can roll it around awhile before jumping in elbows deep.
Count me in for at least two coffee mugs.

I was hoping you would like the idea. Feel free to tweak it if need be and throw some other ideas on the table if you want. In fact, it would probably be a good thing.Hambden Bob wrote: ↑Sat.
