If the world were smart they would collectively ban all Nuclear weapons altogether. But the world is NOT smart. Probably no practical way to ensure compliance though.

Try imposable to ensure.

Just like with human nature there are "outlaw nations". And just like with people, if you outlaw anything then only the outlaws will have it. Same concept that the gun-grabbers have failed to "grab".

I would define intelligence as the ability to discern reality. Does AI generate an artificial reality?

Its not hard to make a Hiroshima powerful a-bomb. The gene is out of the bottle.

I never looked into getting fissionable ore....likely a couple of 5 gal buckets is all that is needed of a decent ore source.

I assume its hard to buy uranium ore in the USA...party poopers.

I've met quite a few people that acted like they were in an artificial reality. This is gonna be one of those "tough to tell the players without a score card" kinda things.

"An Air Force colonel who oversees AI testing used what he now says is a hypothetical to describe a military AI going rogue and killing its human operator in a simulation in a presentation at a professional conference." from article Sunny provided for our pleasure

I hope they use AI drones to protect congress kek
