Where do I find them? Personally? Normally in the rearview when I forget to signal.

Fun fact. In all states one can ask for the ticket to be replaced with an information (a more formal charging document). 99% of times, the state prosecutor will not write one up and the case ends up getting dismissed.waytomany?s wrote: ↑Tue. How, where, when one can ask for the ticket to be replaced (voiding the ticket as a charging document) depends on the state. In mine, Court Practice Book rule 36-11, notes that a ticket can demanded to be replaced with an information. And we have a state-wide office we send back the ticket to (guilty w/payment or not guilty if one accepts the ticket as a charging document)...it is here that you send the demand...include the un-marked ticket to the office demanding an information be produced. The state wide office doesn't replace the ticket but instead sends it to court (you'll get a court date in the mail); file a motion to dismiss due to no charging document and the court will dismiss it. This is easy in my state and never had an information completed and never had a judge not dismiss the case.
Anyone in my state can PM me if they get a ticket..other state folks gotta figure out the nuances themselves...last state, other than mine, I did this with was too long ago, paperwork is gone.

Yes the boiler is still running. It is 38F outside this morning and a few zones are calling for heat once in a while, but for the most part a warm basement is enough to keep this place feeling good at this time of year.waytomany?s wrote: ↑Thu.
