Mornin'
A 'maple flavored' breakfast spread.....sounds good HB.....and hot coffee. We're almost, almost, almost to the end of another Winter.......a new day tomorrow...set the clock ahead 1 hour....that will mess with your routine. Have a great week-end and stay healthy, everyone.
Cheers

Good morning fellows. Excellent breakfast HB! February was nicer than the beginning of this month. Nothing but mud around here. Picked up my garden seeds and seed potatoes they sure seem to sell out fast the past few years. I bought a expert grade Garand off the cmp. It comes with a new barrel and stock and all other metal has been re parkerized. So it’s basically a new gun. The stock needs finished with linseed oil, going to tinker with that today. Stay safe and have a smooth weekend guys!

Morning all!

Maple stuff and Ham???? Yummm...

This is being a very busy month at work so I don't get to look at the forum much. Resting today and watching everything get blown around by the wind. :o

Winter is over and still the only snow we saw down here was a dusting that only stuck to the car.

Have a good weekend everyone!
-Don

Warm. Here’s a picture before I get to the oiling of the stalk. I’ll post a picture in a few days after a few coats and some dry time.

Don't feel bad Fred, my wheels were down for 6 months not long ago dancing with an insurance company. I ponied up a la George Jones and had to drive the mower to town.

Thanks for posting that pic, it's dinner time now and ever since I saw it I have this craving for hotcakes. Griddles warming up now.

I’m late, but I’m all over me some maple breakfast. Thanks for invite HB! I can drink that stuff right out of the jug so better keep that away from, Rob. That sauce scratches an itch better than any go-go juice could for me.

Love that Garand! Sweeeeet!

Gotta go ladies and gents….gotta get some chores done before the big walleye bite passes me up.

https://www.guns.com/news/2018/12/13/milsurp-fire ... shuts-down

I remember when SOG was in business...you would order 2-3 WW II rifles to insure that you could get the wood stockings needed to make one nice rifle. "Pay an extra $10 for a handpicked one" SOG suggested.
