Cannot cure obesity with diet.

This woman specializes in obesity medicine at Mass General Health in Boston, has been appointed to the Biden’s Administration’s USDA panel which determines diet guidelines.
Where are the parents?

Reminds me of a newscast this week saying that diet and exercise is not working with kids to prevent being overweight and that pills and surgury should be used. I call BS on this. Back to the George Carlin video I posted earlier. Give them a stick and go play outside. Emphasis on outside. Leave the phone off. Give them chores. Generally speaking, be parents. Also, cook holsom meals and stay out of the drive through. Take the junk food out of schools.

I have seen whole families where they are all overweight. Yeah it does run in the family. Not necessarily genetic. Probably more environmental.

Problem is Society. Look at any Youtube gathering from the 70's everybody was skinny. Look at JFK shooting. Look at the people in attendance, they are skinny. Society got fat.
My son is super fit. Do you know that these days a person is demonized for being fit? Do you know that they have derogatory terms for losing weight? Fat shaming or ?? I can't keep up with it all.

There was a user stalled samhill that always said follow the money, an I can't help but think money has something to do with it. Hospitals and doctors don't make as much money off you if you're healthy, they do if you're sick or have a chronic disease that requires treatment.
