Maybe instead of focusing on the fuel used for cooking they focus on having proper ventilation. Gas, electric, induction, whatever - you should have a proper hood. My kitchen doesn't even have electric service for anything other than a propane range. Poor foresight on my part, especially since the floor is concrete.

It was rather entertaining to watch the news anchor on the channel 10 5 o'clock news stumble through the news piece looking confused. I'm not sure how much further the green agent can be pushed, I think the wheels are falling off.
