The load was dropped on my driveway and I wasn’t quite ready for it. I still needed to shuffle stuff around in my garage and make room. Luckily I had a spare pallet and started with that. Unloaded one pallet and restacked it in my garage. Moved the empty pallet in and started all over until all 3 tons were tucked in nicely. Honestly, not too bad.

I remove the basement sill window and load everything into house that way.
Used to re stack it nice and neat back on a pallet once inside, now I just pull the pile forward enough so I can throw more in.
