Ham would have been good this morning but I just got in from fixing fence. Was awakened at six being told the new horse was out. After getting her in I had time for a quick cup of coffee before going out to figure out why the hot fence was cold. For some reason small cherry trees are a good ground.

Quick cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich on the way to Mass this morning. Made a pot roast in the crock pot that came out great. Two tons of bagged nut (enough to heat my place for the winter) on it's way tomorrow morning courtesy of Ernie at C&T Coal in Baldwinville Ma. Been getting my coal from Ernie since 2016, cant ask for a nicer guy. Boiler is still up in the air. I wonder if I should hold out for something that will burn pea size as rice can be tough to come by in these parts? Big breakfast tomorrow! Eggs, sausage, hash brown patties. Need to unload 4000lbs of Anthracite! Wood isn't the only thing that heats you twice! Have a good week everyone!
