For sure Fred. Sad sad day. 60 minutes had a good piece on that on Sunday evening. Lots to reflect on I wish words could make it better for those involved. All I got is to the ones who passed may they Rest In Peace. And the ones still suffering may their pain and sickness get better.

Hit close to home for a lot of Long Islanders,..... including ex-Islanders.

My Brother's oldest stepson was off duty that morning. By the time he got through traffic and into his fire house in Manhattan most of his fire company were buried in the towers.

Friends from my old LI town - husband and wife - did a lot of audio visual conferences for companies in the towers. Luckily, they were working in their sound studio uptown that day, but they lost 12 jobs in the towers and it put them out of business. Now he is running an oyster farm.

There but for the grace of God.

Paul
