Morning all. Thanks for crackin’ the door open HB!
Little nippy down in the valley this mornin’. Boy the coffee is good when it’s like this outside though.
Sorry ladies and gents coffee is about all I can do for yuns this mornin’. Moma made me promise weeks ago to teach my son a history lesson. So, today is that big day. Off to Sugarloaf Mountain in the hills of Chillicothe, Ohio to see the historical drama, “Tecumseh”. Should be a great day.

Good morning all,
It's a slow morning HB. Had some vacation time this week, went on my annual trek to Kinzers for the Old Thesherman's Reunion, I love the smell of bituminous in the morning... lots of smoke and steam plus all kinds of old goodness. Yesterday swung by Stoker Don's to pick up some parts and had a look at the 944 project. Today it's back to the projects at hand.
Have an enjoyable weekend everyone.

Good morning. After a year of working full time and taking two college classes at a time, I get a two week break. It is my good fortune that a friend invited me to a large party out in the hills of Vermont. I am headed over early to cook chicken and get ready for the band to setup at 6pm. I am loading the old suburban with a huge cooler and headed out at 2:00.

Thirty five (35) minutes into the “Tecumseh” drama we got rained out. Hard rain and lightning was terrible so they canceled the show and gave us a rain check or refund.
We did manage a great meal while in Chillicothe, Ohio. If you ever get a chance to go there give the “Old Canal Smokehouse” a try. Walking into that place the smell of Hickory wood was heavenly.

Slam the door harder! You just didn't wake me up. Hi dee hey fellow rock burners. I hope we are all starting to prepare for this coming winter. "Tomorrow belongs to those that plan today". I stared at that on the family bulletin board my entire childhood. It's still true!
Forward we go!
