NYS Sheriffs Association says Botox Kathy's rammed-through anti-gun laws are unconstitutional - both by State and Fed Constitutions.

https://cbs6albany.com/news/local/nys-sheriffs-ne ... -to-follow

Same ploy Cuomo used back in 2013 to ram through the "SAFE Act " late at night,.... the law banning assault rifles which did nothing to prevent the Buffalo shooting, ....or prevent the rise in shootings in NYC.

"Smart" is not a word associated with Botox Kathy.

With these new laws she'll be making criminals of every law-abiding gun owner in the Adirondacks - at 6 million acres the largest "park" in the nation. In addition to the hundreds of thousands of acres of State lands and camp grounds . And with businesses and private property defaulted to being gun-free zones unless the owners post it as allowed, she's made a large part of NYS off-limits to concealed carry.

I wasn’t clear about the NFA case, here’s what it’s about.

According to the ATF logic, THIS is a "Burglary Tool" and anyone who posts it is subject to arrest.

LOL.

NFA was a "under the cover of darkness" rule passed when the defendant wasn't even present and only covered interstate transport of certain firearms because it violated TAX LAWS.

Yeah, not joking.

Paint a smiling face on that rock and tell them it's your "pet rock".

Honestly Officer,... the guy threatened me with a knife and my pet rock attacked him. :D

Good start. It was a ridiculous rule to begin with.

This is an expected result. I don't see any weapon or attachment as being outside the scope of our RKBA.

Maybe you like carrying a nuclear bomb around. To each their own.
