As most of "You Saps" are done collecting and boiling the "Maple Gold",Warm has decided to Honor' Da' Tables with his 2022 vintage syrup! Seems it twas' a good year,and his trays runneth over! That Ol' Hogboiler,namely Freetown Fred,has brought his fresh churned butter,and his Sly & Rye Sage Wit! D-frost thoughtfully concocted today's "Buckwheat Pancake Batter" Smackdownfest!! Keepaeyeonit,Uncle Toddburn,along with Jack,Theo and several other Scurves have commandeered the Galley and are "Making It Behave" by churning and turning out a "Regal Plethora"(whatever Da' Hell that is) of Your "Down Home Favorites"!! Oh,that rotten FFred has been most kind by bringing in the Ceremonial Spring Woolrich Sock Filter in order to Usher In Your Rebirth Spring Coffee! If Da' Crocus's And Daffodil's Are A Poppin',Well,So Will You After Yet Another Epic Breakfast Experience at Da' House That The Mainah Built! Today's "Price Of Admission" You Might Ask?? Well,It's Rather Simple-"Hug Your Loved Ones",And Look To Your Coal Stocks To Ensure They're Secure For 22'/23'!

Thanks kick'in this thing into gear today HB! I'm gonna grab a cup, stuff a pancake in my mouth and hit the road. Going ta do some Horse Trade'in with one of the forum members. It seems that he has a Yellow Flame boiler and I have a bunch of Yellow Flame parts that I will never use. I'm sure we can work some'tin out!

We had a beautiful week of cool nights, warm days, some sun and a little rain........1 daffodil flowered and a few crocus.......Spring has sprung....Yeah!!!!!!! Gotta go and throw a few pieces of wood at the Yukon.........stay healthy, gang!!!

Top of the morning guys! Great coffee HB!!! April showers for sure, today is the only dry day in the weekly forecast. Still working on splitting the trees I had taken down, almost all cleaned up. Crazy weather for sure mid twenties to mid seventies on Wednesday of this week. I hope everyone has a smooth weekend!

Good grief, this is a Whopper of a way to start the day! I'll have a couple of those beautiful buckwheat pancakes drenched in Ffred's hand churned buttah, and nuthin' like this years maple syrup. Nice!

March was cold and windy for sure.... glad to see April minus the snow that is falling this morning, only to melt this afternoon leaving mud.

I have a lot of green ash I have to cut up this year so yesterday, today Im making my main wagon taller to hold a couple cords of the bug infested stuff. I already learned not to let it stand dead too long as it gets pretty hard to split then, turns rock hard. I use an ax so it matters.

I had to drive home 50 miles last night in nothing but snow and slush. That's what I get for taking the snow tires off a week early. Oh well, I must say that the new Goodyear Eagles I had put on did an excellent job. This morning we are in the high 20's with a strong Northwest wind. I have our heat pump on to stretch my coal until I can get over to dads house this weekend for the last ton of the season.

morning all ,buckwheat pancakes ! the only way to go ,gotta pick up my remaing 4 ton of coal from old place ,add that to what i have here and that will bring me up to little over 9 ton ,dry wall work and new wall on the agenda yet today ,ok gang take care and be safe whatever you may do .enjoy the weekend !!
