Like the title says, Happy New Year to all my Coalies! I hope the new year brings fortune and positive prospect for you all. :)

We may go out for drinks and entertainment in the evening and be home early. We plan to have a small celebration at home for midnight.

What's your plans?

Happy New Year to you too Lee. My birthday is New Years eve, and me and the Mrs. hang out with some friends, and she'll be cooking tomorrow for us this year. Hope everyone else enjoys their long week-end.

Sorry Lee, wasn't trying to hi-jack your thread. But thanks to all, and another Happy NY. (that's New Year, not New York). ;)

Happy New Year to all and best wishes! Up until about 25 years ago I threw big NYE parties with cases of all sorts and enough Frexeneit and Korbel Champagne to crack a Rhinoceros' skull. Now, same as any night except for 3 blasts from a 20 gauge at midnight.

Pork, kraut, red skin sweet potatoes, etc. planned for the 1st. 3 days of 55* and rain coming, then 20* Sun. night.
