Those are great guns Twisted! I havent taken a deer with a pistol but have with all other legal ways. I tried a 44 TC Contender for a couple years but never got a shot.

Yes they are, I am very happy with mine. I got these 2 does 3 mins apart. It was late afternoon about 4pm the first doe came strolling along. I fired, she dropped. I was waiting for her to get back up and run , then along came the second doe. Altogether they proceeded out to 137 pounds of summer sausage, brats, ground, stew meat, roasts , straps and my favorite venison bologna.

Got one quick cup of coffee this morning. Headed out the door hunting with my son. As we got there a group of guys were dragging a doe out. Didnt see much. Hoping for some snowfall to allow better tracking. Got a delivery of Coal from C&T earlier this week so should be all set to feed the Chubby for the winter. Steak dinner and a nice hot shower after coming out of the woods was welcome.
