Mornin’!
Boy I sure am glad you decided in fixing breakfast or else I’d have had to dine without this morning. Been awake since 5:30am. Getting ready to put the turkey in the roaster and start my next batch of thighs and gizzards so I can get them cooked and chopped up to go into the stuffing.
Will be wondering about all my Coalpail friends today as we prepare for company later today. Sure would be nice to share a Thanksgiving with you all.
Todd, pass me some of those black raspberry preserves. Not sure how you knew they were my favorite, but I sure do appreciate it. Nothing finer on hot biscuits with some coffee, black of course.
Happy Thanksgiving to all. I got a get movin’ just as soon as I finish this biscuit. Boy that bacon was good, Todd. Thank ye’. Y’all take care and have a blessed day. Time to roll.

Happy Thanks Giving All!
Thanks for the coffee, bacon and eggs! In a little while, I got to hit the road. Going to see my sister and nephews. I am thankful for this because I haven't see my sister in person for over 6 years. She was in western Canada and moved to NJ right before COVID hit so no holiday visits last year. It should be great!
Have a Happy, Safe Holiday Everyone!

Everybody descends on me tomorrow so today is quiet. I need to catch up on a lot of things so that is OK. Soons apple orchard bakes the worlds best apple pies and I went over yesterday at opening time. You think Times Sq is busy on NYE it was CRAZY. So I stuck my elbows out and grabbed 5 pies. Only the fact that I am old and broken down saved me from attack. I distributed the ones that were presents and I have two left. HMMMMM, coffee and a big slice today ... I will see if I can resist. License to print money as far as I can see and they are expensive.

On the same page as you Fred just hit the couch and logged in. Dinner was awesome at my brother in laws. I ate everything twice and the shrimp cocktail five times! Food coma for sure! Waiting for the chickens to go to bed so I can take a walk outside to lock them up!

Happy Thanksgiving, Just woke up from the after dinner coma... had the whole family in (daughter, sons and daughter-in-laws,) and a few friends. It was a late dinner and we still have desert to go. Gratitude abounds.
