Remembering 911

Such a sad day then, I for one will never forget 911, I will say a prayer for all that were lost that day and all the hero's who risked their lives to rescue people,,, sad when i think about that day,,,,

i Visited the memorial at Shanksville with four friends. , Do not underestimate the power of the memorial at Shanksville pa. IT was the first response to the terrorists attack , it is sacred space.

I've only read about that memorial in Shanksville...Someday I'm going see it in person...it's the only one I have not seen.

Thanks for the tribute post, I only wish that somehow this country will somehow come to peace with-in. Just think of how many now serving our country weren't even born yet, bless them all that choose to serve.
My wife was one of the responders to the site (being both a nurse & undertaker), it still bothers her to this day but she won't go to the site at Shanksville. I was much the same with the V.N. Wall until I finally visited the traveling wall & it helped but I gave up trying to push & hopefully in time she may go. We all have a cross to bear!

You worry about them being vigilant and I worry they will eat the tide pods......There is some hope considering the chants at many college football stadiums however....
