Good morning friends come on in and sit a spell, coffee is fresh and the griddle is hot as we are making breakfast to order!
Not to pleasant outside as its very humid from all the rain we have been getting and it’s hasn’t stopped all night.
We are leaving this morning for Luddington Mi, We will spend a few days there and then its off to Illinois for a night or two, Not sure what we are going to be doing but I’m sure we will find something to do.
Ok people have a good weekend and remember “ forward we go”

🤣 Barry Busted It Open!
I got an early jump on it as the "Marblehead Monsoon" woke me up! Hard rain on the Ol' Trailer Roof was less than Romantic! No jokes,it appears that We've gotten an easy 2 to 3 inches on this one!

Morning all!

No rain down here. It's been HOT, HOT, HOT!!! Over 90 degrees every day this week. Not much going on down here. I'll try to get some mowing done before it gets really hot today.

Have a good weekend everyone!

A quick look had me seeing a Damn Coffee........I quickly clicked in only to realize my mistake. But, you never know here in the forum. It has been hot and muggy here with almost daily thunderstorms, hit or miss types. Got clobbered yesterday, and missed by a couple more. Probably hit the water, son and family are in Maine, getting a head start on some lobster. It will be quiet for us.

Sunny, dry and calm here. Just the sound of a woodpecker going crazy hammering away on my old tractor to break the silence. They sure can make some noise! Looking like a couple weeks of real nice weather. Nothing exciting to report here which is how I often like it. Enjoy the rain.

No rain here, but it has been overcast all day. Good day to get the lawn mowed and clean out the garage. EFM is still running since I fired it up last week, certainly drove the dampness out of the cellar.

Thanks Keep for the coffee! Damp for sure. Glad I got the mowing done earlier in the week. I worked this morning then a trip to Columbus Ohio, poured the whole way back. Just woke up from a nap musta needed one. Garden loving the rain. Not much else going on I think I just might get back to my nap on this soggy day! Take care fellows!

Good morning all, been gone for a bit just trying to wait out the rain. Power went out so no power to sump pump & all this rain means water in basement. Thinking about a automatic back-up generator, wife wants to try a winter without coal so I'll need the power to stay on. Once it dries a bit I'll cut grass again, coming up almost as fast as I can cut. Hope all stays healthy & safe.

If you are looking at a propane unit consider upgrading some of your other appliances as well. Some people get a big generator to run their electric appliances when they could have used a much smaller generator, and gotten a new gas stove, water heater, etc. My dad has a Generac Guardian propane unit with a 500 gallon tank, it works excellent.

Good to hear from ya samhill. Busy week-end, Freetown had it's yearly yard sale do-dad (around 20 houses)---sooooo, of course I had to buy a bunch of OLD stuff to put up on the house that I definitely didn't need LOL --A big scythe in real good shape & a glass washboard. Had got lawn mowed on the one just overcast day last week--WTF--looks like it's due again. Rainin all day today--torrential down pours yesterday--fine weather for yard salein!! NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! double LOL

You can never have too much stuff! Love the wall decorating. Ive thought of hanging stuff from my cedar siding but havent gotten the nerve yet, like 2 man saws above windows. I think it looks nicer on vertical siding.
