Morning guys. We need some food! Sausage patties, eggs over easy, toast with peach preserves should do the trick! 25• here now. Once it warms up some spring cleanup on some flower beds is on the list and a garage clean out. Hope everyone has a great weekend! Spring looks to be in the air next week!

Morning everyone!

29*, bright and Sunny down here. Not much going on today. Mowing season is right around the corner. I have to decide if I am going to do a whole bunch of repair work to my old JD-F915 or get something newer, or less wore out.

Stay Happy Healthy and Safe Everyone!

Good morning all, not much going on here. It's said to be going into the 40s here so maybe more yard clean-up & possibly hang a couple more LED shoplights in the garage which would be easy if not for having to move so much crap. Hope all are healthy & productive, got my second virus shot last week (I believe) with little to no reaction.

Did you corn it yourself? If so, how much is involved in that? We've got some briskets in our deep freezer, and this might make for a good use for them. Would also like to turn one into Pastrami.

Yes. It is a 6 day cure. If it turns out good I will share the recipe.

Now I'm hungry! St Patti's day came and went, too much going on to even notice. I was thinking of making a corned beef pot pie, PA dutch style. I never heard of anyone making it with corned beef but in my mind I think it would be good. I won't know unless I try.
