Good morning fellows Freddy must be sleeping in. Coffee is on scrambled eggs with loose sausage, toast and strawberry preserves. Warm up seems to be here for a bit. Now we have mud outside. House chores, get my tax stuff ready for my guy to do them and rest up some for me this weekend. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

*Yawwwn* Thanks for the coffee! Slept in.... Full moons keep me up. Looks like an egg salad sandwich for breakfast.

The local hospital had some extra Covid shots that needed arms. They opened the gates to 60 yrs old and above. The slots went crazy fast, but Deb & I got lucky.... we have appointments for our first and second vaccinations!

Ice skating is coming to an end it seems. 40's today & 50ish the next two days. I can't see the rink surviving that.

Stay safe....forward we go!

Same temps down here......but the flowers are up and it is raining and is going to for at least 5 days. Friends visiting today, another couple relocated from Maine, off to Costco for propane and drugs. Have a great weekend.

Morning, it has been mud here all winter...lol. Beats frozen ground. But I find a way to complain about it.

Morning all!

Rain/snow mix here, mostly rain though. 35* now, mid 50's this afternoon. It's been 40's and 50's all week and the same for next week. AC and mowing season is right around the corner. :no1:

Stay happy healthy and safe!

You guys in the tropics getting your lawn mower ready...I wish I could say the same! This video is from a few years back, but it looks identical this morning - actually the wind is blowing harder.

We are supposed to see 40 degrees today, but I see single digit nights in the forecast for next week.

The boys are after me for breakfast, time to get my apron on. I see a recipe is laid out on the counter..."Maple Cheesecake". Not sure what we are having for dinner, but desert looks like it is handled.

Morning all.
Snow wind and rain here in CNY. Used 120lbs less coal last week do to the warm up. Snowblower died last week. 20 plus years old and this was the 4th time in the past 2 years it let me down. Decided to bite the bullet and got a new one. I was lucky to find what I wanted this time of year. Got a Cub Cadet 257cc ,30incher. Things a beast. Even has zero turning and heated grips. I'm betting We're due for at least one more storm this March.
Stay well

Rain and 47*...
March is the worst month on The Cape...
Just raw outside but that is why we heat with Coal, 73* inside...
Good news is that Oysters are easy to be had...
Nice Co-Op formed due to Covid killing the restaurant Oyster market...
Order online from different Shellfish farmers and do drive by pickup...
https://www.wellfleetshellfishermen.org/collectio ... d-scallops
Different locations of the oysters will create a different kind of oyster shape and taste...
Kinda like wine and vineyards...
But any Wellfleet oyster will beat a non-'fleet oyster hands down...
Picked up 4 dozen and dropped a few off at the 'rents and in-laws...
Going to be slurpin' a few tonight...

Good day gents, any leftover coffee? Well we decided to start our camping season kinda early this year ( all pending on being able to dig out the camper which was a success) weather looks very good next weekend so were off, its been 4 months and we need a break from all the winter repetition.
Nothing to report over here which is a good thing, although its getting very mucky with all the melting snow and rain :no1: .
Have a good week friends, stay safe and keep moving on!
