Mega-Dittos! Love him or Hate him,he was a Driving Force that woke radio up when some thought it was dead. Liberals had jobs countering him. Talk radio of all types came alive again due to him. He publicly faced up to his pill addiction, and his "formerly nicotine stained hands". He had the nerve to do it. Admittedly, there were a lot of times I turned the Old Boy off cause' I'd had enough of Political Stuff that day. That was my call, not his. Ol' Snergley's going to be a little lost without him.... Time For A Station Identification Break,Kick Em' Up,Rush,You've Earned It.....

Brilliant man who had courage as well. He still ran his show when his hearing was zero before getting hearing devices. Same thing when sick with chemotherapy cancer treatment.

I still remember times when he would lose patience and launch an extemporaneous soliloquy that was both eloquent and full of reason.

We have been privileged to have had him and his like rare to the extreme to ever occur again .
RIP.

I wasnt a radio listener to him or any other talk radio show except farm but used to watch him on TV back in the Bill Clinton years. Nothing else I can add that hasnt been said eloquently already. He fought to the end. RIP.

I've listened to him on and off for 30+ years, watched his TV show when he was on the air, even read his books and thought about buying his ties. Like him or not, he had conviction. I had a hard time in the last 10 years or so listening to him when he'd get on about himself but that's just me. He did embody many sentiments about life and politics I try to hold dear. I think he did a great service for this country and wish him godspeed. RIP Mr. Limbaugh.

One of the few commentators that I could listen to,
he shall be missed.

I catch Rush when it works out. Yesterday was one of those days and when his wife took the mic yesterday I thought "what's up" and soon found out. He knew this day was coming but it is sad to see him go.

Godspeed Rush. I remember the first time I heard his show thinking wow I'm not the only one who thinks this way about America.
Thanks Rush.

One of a kind, just like Reagan and William F Buckley. A true loss to the core of conservatism.
