I've been tallying the sum of all HDD's for my locality from April 1, 2020 through today, and so far it looks like we will only see about 5,700 to 5,800 annualized HDDS when March 31st rolls around, vs. a past historical annual HDD's average of about 6,500 for these parts, as seen from data spanning from 1961 through 1990, and as recorded at the Chippewa Lake, OH weather station (the lake proper for which is ballpark ~4 miles from me as the crow flies).
Talk about a mild overall winter....
