Concealed Carry
I know some members carry concealed, just would like to know what type and make holster you all prefer. I have a Glock 27- 40 cal. and will be in the market for something to carry it in, any suggestions?

I use a Aliengear OWB Cloak. It's comfy but started creaking a bit, probably needs a little leather treatment. The shell is Kydex and attached with cap screws. They give you an assortment of spacers to adjust the retention to your liking. You need to use some blue Loctite on the screws as they will loosen without it. Excellent warranty and they will exchange shells if you change guns IIRC.

I have a Blackhawk Serpa CQC for a Glock 43 but Its for a outer waistband position ( not super concealable ), I like it most of the time but I want a inside the waistband just haven't found one I like yet.

I use a Ramora for my little Keltec PF-9. Don't carry the Springfield XD-45C. I have a shoulder holster for it.

I run a Glock 43.
Current holster is a “Azula gun holster” I love it. It’s OWB, but I prefer that so I don’t always have to wear larger pants like you would for IWB. It hugs tight.

Biggest thing for me though was getting the correct belt! This belt has absolutely changed carry concealed for me and I would recommend it for anyone.

More importantly, buy carry insurance.

I don't need larger pants with the Ramora....it tucks in the groove of my back well.....I don't have such a large groove as when I was a young logger/clamdigger.....I could have tucked a 1911 in there 40 years ago.....lol. I am looking to update my small carry gun....I love the Springfield line..

I want one of those belts, damn if they aren't out of them. "Try back in 30 days" isn't making me happy!
Oops! Never mind, happy now. The one that comes up from the link is out of stock. I got the black one I wanted and even found a discount code. Now maybe my pants won't fall down when I draw!

I subscribe to Guntest magazine. It is a no advertisement, no frills, no bull assessment of various guns head to head and other related things like holsters. I highly recommend it for information and there is an archive you can access to look up tests done in the past......last issue had a piece on holsters....

I use a inexpensive leather IWB or OWB holster bought years ago for my Polish P-64, 9x18 Mak. ( PPK sized). Put different recoil and trigger springs in it.
An old Uncle Mikes ballistic cloth OWB for my EG Makarov.
On rare occasions, with a 1911, I just stick it in my belt.
