Thanks for the clip, lincolnmania. I haven't seen that in my area at any markets. I did recently go to an Aldi near Reading that required a quarter in the frame to get a cart. Then returns it to you when you ram the cart back in line. I didn't get to see if the refund worked, since I just "donated" it to an inbound shopper. I doubt that a quarter would really stop someone that wanted some cheap wheels, but it likely keeps the honest people honest.
