If I could get any other service that might work I would jump on it. From what I could find when Ma Bell got split up Windstream won our area as part of theirs & they for some reason haven't done anything to upgrade our service. Most here are hoping they go belly up & who ever we get keeps the workers. This area didn't get electric service until the rural co-op was formed & the single lineman lived three farms up the road & that was 1946-or 47.

For an update my wife took a call from Windstream today & they said they will have us fixed on Sept. 19. Heard it before, different dates but the same promise, just maybe my Sen. had something to do with it, after contact I got an E-mail back asking several more questions & then nothing more, who knows.

On the first map that's there I'm just about at the leg of the P on the Pa/oh line. The water North of me is swamp, there is a little over a 100 acres of cleared land with a few houses that is surrounded by trees that are at least 60 feet or more high. I don't know where the nearest tower is but the one on Airport Rd., Linesville is about 8 miles from me.
