it's been very accurate for me.

it will be very valuable when i'm driving RV's cross country. having fast accurate real time of what's ahead of you is vital, esp. wind. most wrecks of Motorhomes by transporters is from wind sheer flipping them over.

WU has been handy but it takes too long and to cumbersome to use while moving.

Ventusky gave me totally failed snowfall readings for our area this morning. Ventusky stated that we received 17.5" of snow here, whereas Wunderground had us at about 9.5" of snow. From getting out and removing it, I'd have to say the average is far closer to 9.5" overall here. A few stray drifts may have hit 17" though.

Ventusky shows exactly what was measured in local cities. it snowed hard here for 5 hours and i got 11-12 inches. I cant measure it here at my place as it drifts from the never ending wind.

Ventusky shows we got 4.3 inches here. It's easily double that.

As an aside, has anyone else noticed that Wunderground bought out and totally ruined Intellicast?

+3 Intellicast has always been my go to local radar. The radar was over 12 hrs. old and wouldn't update when I looked at it yesterday even when refreshing my browser. Sucks!

Real close on accuracy for me.
One glitch: The time bar indicator is all over the place. If you make "setting" that first priority, all is good.
Intellicast: Wunder......... took it to the toilet, real quick!
Stay warm all, it's cold outside!
Cheers

A rather nice overall replacement for the now defunct Intellicast is Weatherbug. Weatherbug is very fast.
