Jpete no longer heats with coal. I don't believe Lisa has checked in since the transition to coalpail.com. I wish we would hear from NoSmoke.

I know for myself--worst or best case scenario-- my daughter will post my demise so all my woodpecker coal buddy's will be aware that I've crossed over---:)

As I recall...and if I recall correctly...I believe NoSmoke had some cancer issues. Boy, I hope I am totally wrong on that. Seemed like a nice family.

Yes, he had been fighting a serious med condition. His stats show he was last on back in Dec 30 2017. I hope his illness didn't come back.

I remember he was post-op,came home to a power outage(storm) and things seemed to trail off from there... I have wondered many times about folks who just vanish... I think FFred's right,it seems to be the Cyber way..

Yes. That's why I was wondering about him...his wife and those 3 little cuties. I certainly hope all is well.
