Yep,seems 'Ol Buck47,that Fiddle-playin' Madman of Coal Burnin',has been MIA ! Anyone hear if he's OK? He's come up in a recent Thread, and I've wondered about him from time to time.

We try to keep an eye on Our Own !

Same here,Fred ! Miss julie & The Girls have the same from me. As someone had said in another Topic,Buck went "Ghost" awhile back,so his last online date is left unprinted. Windy had said his last post was around September 2015. One of Our Critters had actually met up with Buck last Summer,I believe. He said he didn't have a contact phone number on him from that visit. I've never hoped for someone to pull a "Pocono Eagle" and just pull the pin to vanish land. However,I'd rather see that than have someone we enjoy simply check out,and we'd not know about it.

This is Family here, albeit the Charlie Manson Family, sometimes ! :smoke:

Back when PE disappeared, I tracked him down to a NAPA store in the Pocono's & spoke with someone that said he was alive & well. Left a message & got no reply. I guess sometimes people just get tired of the FORUM which occasionally I can relate to. ;)

Understood........

Sometimes a Digital Place suits Folks for a time,or purpose. When their Life changes to a different station, they sorta' dump everything and assume a new Digital Identity somewhere else. Kind of a Walter Mitty Thing, perhaps. Christ,I dunno. I'm always so glad I don't understand some things, for if I did,I'd be capable of doing them............

I've enjoyed the heck out of Buck,he's always brought something good to the table here........

Well Gang, after a little Good-Hearted Detective work,I think I've found a recent vid created by the 'Ol Boy himself. It's fresh,so that means he is too,so Thank God for all of that ! I think he's doin' just fine and Livin' Large through the many Interests and Passions that he's been granted in this Life ! Here's to You,Buck ! :dancing:

Thanks Bob.

He contributed a lot to Cookin' With Coal posts. Everytime I put a large pot on the range I wonder how he's doing with his range that he restored and installed in his "club house" to keep the card playin' buddies warm while also boiling beef bones. :D

So he got so warm during the winter of 2014-2015 with a coal stove in his house & the coal/wood range in the barn that this winter he has taken to riding an open sleigh ? That sleigh ride looks like fun

Especially from my warm shop :)

I just took a break & found that video.

Good detective work, HB. :D

I don't think buck posted much last winter, or was that the winter before. I'm sure he'll be back when he has time. Its a beautiful area he lives in, even in the winter, and it is probably allowing him some good times.
