Well, Thor has been with us for a month. We have been training on a daily basis and learning fast. He is knows sit, down, shake, come (that needs a lot of work), place, (his crate) and a few other things. I decided to clicker train this guy and it seems to work well. I also use some more traditional methods with certain things like "no chew" and stop. He has now discovered his voice and I can already tell he will be a great watchdog. :) He is an official "couch hogger" too :o :shock:

That is usually the hardest. We have a 5 year old greyhound that we adopted. He doesn't know any tricks, but he ALWAYS comes when you call his name...that is enough for me. Our Airdale can do everything EXCEPT "come"...unless she thinks there is something to gain.
