Can anyone recommend a flat fee listing service they were happy with? Trying to FSBO our house in CT as our family is relocating to WA. I also made a Q&A sheet for the boiler potential buyers can view, was wondering is there is a template of anything similar on this site already. Thanks in advance

We looked at a house listed through entryonly.com and from the buyers' side everything was very smooth. We're planning to list with them when we put our house on the market.
