I've had GLD in my 401k for a while. Hasn't let me down yet! :D

And I just put in an order for SLV a few minutes ago. I've been telling myself to do it for a while now. I don't think it will hurt me any.

And I bought physical silver at $11 so I've doubled my money on that in a year or so. :D

Be careful, this may be temporary spike!!!! I have seen these several times and have fallen victim to it. Fortunately the overall price has gone up and I have made money on everything I have ever bought. This may be a temporary spike. It may go back down in a week or two. If you want to buy some now go ahead. But please don't panic and buy a large amount. Remember the story about the daddy bull and the baby bull; Son let's WALK down there and f^&* all the cows.

Most people I know that play those kind of investment games always try & buy on a downturn & sell on the spikes. I don`t know maybe its the kind of finance that got us into this mess, all these people buying high with hopes that its going to go even higher.

I'm betting the the Fed won't turn the printing press off any time soon. As long as the money supply is increasing, the prices will go up.

I didn't buy a lot so I'm not going to get hurt if it crashes. :)

Always think the reverse, as PM's and the cost goods rise it reflects the true worthlessness of the paper currency you are using.

Personally I buy a little at a time so as not to get burned in case of a down market. I think that if the Tea party kicks out the blue blood republicans and the commie libs with a landslide there will be a drop in the price of gold. If not it will keep marching upward. Enron should have taught everyone, DON'T PUT ALL YOUR EGGS IN ONE BASKET STUPID!!!!!!

"The paper money “price” of Gold will last as long as the attempt to make paper money “work” lasts. In the end, Gold will no longer have a “price” because it has reverted to its role as MONEY. Whenever and wherever that happens, that nation can return to the production of wealth - rather than “money”."

Good stuff there cokehead.

Beware of the push for a cashless standard, some European banks are now encoding their cards with RFID so no signature is required on > $75 purchases. Similar to the Mobil Speed pass chips.

Once the cashless system is accepted it will be game, set, match for the banking cartels. No more reserve requirements, unlimited expansion and if you don't co operate or are otherwise a hindrance they will shut off your number and you will have nothing. (not far from the system now in place, btw).

The general public are sheep being led to the economic slaughter. The banksters are so slick most people don't even realize or understand what is happening to them.

I still can't believe the 80's TV series "Max Headroom" had all this stuff back then.

If you weren't part of the "system" you were known as a "blank". The government controlled the media, the blanks had to live underground and were always running from the law.
