My rate where I am... 24 cents in Jan. 2023
Just talking generation rates....delivery rate by me is about 15 cents per kWhr....

everyone has heat pumps down there. Was just in southern virginia visiting and it's 90% heat pumps for heat

If you want yer A/C in summer it ain't bad idea using a HP in the winter. Besides that there are probably hefty rebates from utility on HP installs.
