Just call and tell them you need a pump out. Mine cost $250 and they expect me to have the lid uncovered and open when they show up.

There are companies that will come out and “reverse pressure wash” the leach pipes from the end back to the distribution box/es for pump out during the wash.
My neighbor had this done and afterward pumped 55 gallons of 75% hydrogen peroxide divided equally into the leach pipes. Believe it or not this worked and this was 10 years ago.
Around here the cost of a regular pump out is dependent on the size of the tank. Mine is 1500 gallons and costs $375
