Correct - but we often host for the rest of the family. It is common to have 10-12 people at the table.freetown fred wrote: ↑Sun. Jun. 20, 2021 1:21 pmCome on Rob, there's only 4 of ya!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Could be worse--ya could be Amish!! LOL

I don't mind work but I don't like unnecessary work especially for BS repetitive jobs. I have better ways to spend my time if I want to work. I washed dishes for 5 years with my Grandmother and the only reason I did that was because there was no room on her side for one without some renovations. If I had known I was going to be taking care of her for five years I probably would of put one in.

We had large dinners like that when I was young, more like 16 people. I can remember my other Grandmother and two aunts all doing dishes at once.
As far as the water usage goes it's going to be tough to beat. The other thing is water temperature, you can use a cycle above 120 which is going to start killing bacteria. Mine has a sanitize cycle which goes up to 160, I don't use but if my Grandmother was still around I probably would.
