Ha-ha ;) I guess every parent has his own story about broken remote controls, washing machines, destroyed couch cushions, etc., etc. My 10 yo somehow had broken our dryer. He just put his plush toy in it and I didn't notice and it ripped inside of the dryer. The toy was stuffed with some synthetic filler which partially crumbled and partially melted (I guess) because the smell was awful and the dryer just stopped working in the middle of the process. I thought that we would have to throw the dryer because the internal parts cannot be cleaned, but my husband hired the best dryer repair technician (that's what he said) and luckily it's still working.
