Looks like anothe project on my plate before fall arrives.

This all started out as wanting to install an additional compressed air storage tank at the shop to increase the volume for my sandblast cabinet.

I asked my friend for one of the tanks he recently removed from his nitrogen generation system and he said ..... No problem, how about building me a reverse flow smoker out of one of the others?

Hmmm Ok I replied, then I will need three tanks. Why? Because If I'm building you one, then I may as well build one for myself.

By the end of the day I ended up taking four tanks. The fourth tank is going to be my skid mounted pig roaster. :D

Might have to build a complete custom stove. The white tanks can take a 30" firepot and the gray one standing up in the back would need a 36" firepot.

Then again, I could always slide a 30" inside the 36" and make a double heater.

Picked up a decent boat trailer to mount the first one on. Just have to shorten the sides up and move the axle back about a foot.
Got a plan for the hinges and hopefully will get them finalized and sent to the laser tomorrow.

Hinges and cantilever arms are finished and ready for fitting.

I saved the pig cutouts from the sheet and may nickel plate and mount them as accent pieces.

Just about finished with one of the reverse flow smokers. This skid mounted one is for a new BBQ restaurant that will be opening in a few weeks.

I'm building the trailer mounted one for myself. Plans are to make it look like an old steam locomotive.
