Very specifically high intensify street or highway lighting in these blue-rich LED outdoor lights.

No others were subject of discussion.

My unsolicited, unfounded and unsubstantiated Thought is that having bulbs with milky white frost inside rather than the clear glass bulbs make for a different story. :roll:
