One year to the day after we listed the house my wife was offered a fantastic job in Plattsburgh, NY - which is an easy 20 minute drive from our home. We have had a lot of interest in the house recently, but in light of this new opportunity we have decided to stay put.

Guess I better order another load of coal.

got a tri ax of lehigh stove/nut 135$ per ton plus 25 a ton delivery,,,nice clean looking stuff...anxious to see how it burns...
