This is the way to force out of compliance diesel and gas trucks off the roads...

You can monitor a vehicle just driving down the road with no

contact and send a notice to correct or face prosecution.

They could set this up anywhere and get the polluters off the road.

Either bring it to code or junk it.

Your kidding right? Why should we care that someone was smart enough to get around a stupid law? Force him to crush it? Move to North Korea where they like total and absolute power over their people.

Or register the ole girl where emissions aren’t regulated. Out in pennsyltucky we make sure to do our part and rip those pesky smoke arresters right on out. Makes em last longer and save the planet. Trees gotta eat and sun needs a good shade.

Easy Fidel…. You just worry about you doin what you feel as doin your part. It’s pretty disturbing too many folks feel they can constantly tell others what to do without consequences. Mind ya business isn’t derogatory, it’s a good way to keep the peace.

There are now ~33 States that require emission testing...

Many exemptions are in most States.

Had it here in MN a few years and got rid of it. No plans to go back to it. Our air is clean anyway. I think its a problem out east as everyone is using gas generators to charge up their electric cars

BB is pushing electric the wrong way, like most liberals. It's saving the planet blah blah blah. They are selling it wrong. Marketing is pretty important. But most socialists/communists feel its better to just make you. instead of draw your desire in a free market. Requires effort and its hard to get the ass off the couch.

Electric has its place. Coworker has an electric push mower. Lives in town, small yard etc. He loves it. Never has to pull a cord and it's darn near silent. Makes sense for him. Now picture the commercial, dad mowin.... pushing his mower.... let's go to pick up kids crap.. pulls the trigger and continues his business. Or a commercial with someone who flipped a push mower on its side to drain the oil and neighbor just plugs the recharged battery in. Ya gotta sell it to those who will buy it.

I have a few acres to mow, you'll be hard pressed to see me on anything but my simplicity... ever. It's what *** I *** prefer and it's nobody else's right to tell me otherwise. Hell I've been using a black and decker battery weed eater for 5 or 6 years. It won't mow down the Golden rod but it trims around the flower beds just fine. I have yet to call it names and chuck it through the yard after 123453214 pulls and it wouldn't start. Ive chucked a couple gas weed eaters that wouldnt start like a boomerang over the years and said a few words that would make someone blush..Haha now that would be a sales commercial.

If you want to make a change and enough people will buy it....
CAPITALIZE on it.
This is why capitalism will always sustain a growing society.

BB wants everyone to go renewable electric but does not want to clutter up his place with windmills and check for dead birds on the lawn every day. Or cover his yard with solar panels and have to keep them clean. Everyone else is supposed to do that so that BB has plenty of cheap electric.

We had a lot of those type of hypocrites on LI. They were called "Nimbys" - Not-In-My-Back-Yard.
