my good friend had a ford suv rather new less then 4 years old where the front end ball joints broke three times repaired each time by a ford dealer ultimately they bought the car back but the wife of the house was driving the vehicle when they broke and one incident they ran into unattended parked cars. They had to fight the battle to have them buy the car back

I wont ever buy a Ford or a Toyota truck again having owned both in the past. Some Toyota model SUVs and cars seem to hold up well.
