Now that you mentioned it I noticed that in a lot of clips, some ate a steak with their hands. For the steak they had to show the one guy how to use the knife and fork easily, he just didn't know how to use them together. In the video posted above some of them are eating the eclair with a spoon.

There is another channel where they are showing them modern things from simple toasters to views from space. Things that were modern 150 years ago are new to them. These people I believe are from India. I can't imagine what they are thinking when they see an aircraft carrier but then again they can't really fully grasp the technology involved compared to a toaster.
