The one selling to the public only has 459 HP. About $44K before the govt welfare. I dont care for the styling as it just doesnt look like a Mustang to me but I imagine some will like it.
They mostly (maybe completely?) quit making real cars (the low profile car design) a year or two ago. Now they all look similar, like trucks do.
I wouldnt mind taking the prototype for a quick spin though.

I'm surprised they put the Mustang name on that and not because it's electric. I don't have much use for a car that can go 0 to 170mph in 8 seconds. When it can do 0 to 500 miles and then do it again repeatedly ten minutes later let me know.

"Gas guzzling" automobiles made horse drawn transport obsolete faster than that in the early 1900's.
