This is significant. There must be an increase in mileage.

"29% increase in engine brake power, 21% decrease in BSFC, and 30% CO reduction."

Call me when it has been on the road for 5 years and the early adopters have gone broke and Joe Blow knows how to fix it. Until then it's NGK, a big phkn V8, no turbos, superchargers, afterburners, schemes that switch off half the cylinders at once, 10 speed autos that engage two gears at once etc. etc. Spare me stupid EV and hydrogen schemes also hybrids and PHEVs that will run 8 miles on a battery charge and if I can't fix it, I don't want it. Only complete idiots buy that stuff.

Of the new fangled stuff, only dual port DI makes any sense.

Romanian engineers are behind this.In my area the Romanian engineers are called Gypsies & are the ones that will spray your asphalt driveway with used motor oil & call it a sealer. ;) ;)

Why not throw out the engine and replace it with electric propulsion?

Thankfully we live in a country where you can choose to drive a car with electric propulsion, and I can choose not to.

I haven't checked in awhile. Have EV's reached 2% of the market share yet ? All I've seen recently is that Harley Davidson gave up rather quickly on electric bikes. Wonder why ?

During this break in substantive discussion on this thread, I'd like to remind people that reusing/repurposing can have many advantages over simply throwing things away, even spark plugs. Just ask the person who dreamed this up.
