And then there's the other reasons for EV's......

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2019/06/elec ... hyped.html

Explains why Tesla is in financial trouble for relying on such a small percentage of the auto market share for being their only market.

Maybe Musk should set up some more tents and start making ICE powered cars so he won't be losing millions per day.

In the middle ages (which we are rapidly descending into) witches were burned at the stake for weather issues etc. Such a heinous act would initiate a Musk burning for sure. He would have proved himself a male witch. These EV lunies take no prisoners.

All we have to do is follow Norway with the ICE taxes and fees...

100% tax on Ice and high fuel cost... Almost $ 6.90 per gallon diesel ...

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-1- ... r+ice+cars

Gasoline $7.37 per gallon... and Americans cry about $ 3 gasoline...

But why BB? That is only to force a result by gov. that the market will not force. You claim it is the way things must be and I say nay. When EV is able to compete without subsidy or gov. force, it will be accepted.

+1. The govt would just screw the money away anyway, then beg for more.

The democratic legislature here in CT. just passed a bill that adds $5 to the re registration of all motor vehicles in the state. That $5 goes into a fund that subsidizes people who buy EVs. Now my money is going to people who buy $35-45 thousand Tesla's. that I wouldn't be able to afford or want. Goes to show how screwy this state is going. So much for letting market forces dictate what people would buy.

Just more of the socialist "wealth redistribution plan".

Strange how it never seems to involves their wealth.

Saw my first Tesla yesterday. Melissa and I were over Freetown Fred's way. Passing through Cortland there was a bright red one parked at the curb - no charging stations in sight. Looks rather small compared to the SUV and Pickups that are so common around here.

He's more likely to be found up the street at the truck and tractor museum. :D
