Daewoo made great cars.
I can emphatically state that our two Aveo's were the most reliable and lowest maintenance cars we've ever owned. But the Aveo spawns (Bolt, and gas engine siblings) are (to my knowledge) American made. Sadly, that means that it is quite likely that they will not be anywhere near as reliable or cost efficient to keep roadworthy over the long haul.

Here ya go Barney. Ya wanna have your cake and eat it too... this gentleman begs to differ. Wind and solar only add to the problem.

We have tried to tell you for months and I fully expect you to ignore this also. But for the rest of my logical thinking Neanderthal friends on the Coal board, here it is nonetheless.

I had an up close Tesla model 3 spotting yesterday. When we left my wife’s doctor appointment there was one parked next to our SUV. It is a nice looking car. It is smaller up close than I thought they were and the bare dash with just an oversized I pad and a steering wheel reminds me of a kids amusement park ride.

A horse farmer is used to packing an extra hay bag, so having a car with Ford Sync 3 to run everything including a 10 way hot spot takes some getting used to. Shelley took along her new Ipad and Iphone in our trip upstate. A four way Facetime celebrating her dads 90th birthday on the road was interesting and flawless in the middle of nowhere. What more could the Tesla do that is worth a dime? However, the ability to pull off and fill up was priceless. EVs, I just don't get it.

BTW, this insignificant offering from Ford that is kinda getting out of style is interesting. Let us remember U.S. sales of the Mustang through the end of August are pretty much dead even with where they were a year prior, down roughly a percent at 55,849 units. EVs are taking over? Sure ....

The far Left should start taking pot-shots at him anytime now... privelaged frat-house white boy who loves to drink. OOPS this not Flame Suit Central so I speak no more.

They always eventually devour their own... he’s not immune.

Now those super reliable Teslas will come with a good pair of walking shoes. After all they are only as reliable as a Cadillac --- holy cow.

That was probably a publicity stunt....the video camera was handy to have at that exact spot to catch the whole thing.

I was behind a Tesla service vehicle yesterday while driving up I95 south of Philly.
It was a Ford Transit.....and (gasp!) it had a tailpipe....

I was coming home later on 202 south by West Chester and there was a shiny red Ferrari with dealer tags on the side of the road with heavy smoke coming out of it and two people pacing next to it on cell phones with arms gesturing. I hope the smoke was from them vaping or that was one expensive campfire!! :o
