Really? i guess don't go in any public place or other place where an inanimate object could attack you or be used by some deranged idiot person! God i hate parents blaming their faults on anyone but themselves! Don't go to that state you could be arrested for looking NORMAL, which is odd there!

Why aren't they suing the mother that left her guns and ammo unlocked and taught her obviously impaired child how to use them?

Quite simply because there's no money in suing a dead woman.

I suspect this will eventually work it's way up to the Supreme Court because of the recent Fed law protecting gun manufacturers agaisnt such law suits,
